 Vice-president
and director of Latin American Operations for
Legends Management Group, Benny began his career
as an agent in 2000. He first became affiliated
with MLB players by translating for Spanish
speaking players on issues pertaining to their
everyday life. It was these players who
encouraged Benny to look into becoming an agent
because of the need for bilingual
representation.
Since 2000, Benny has represented over 50
professional baseball players and is a Certified
Agent with the Major League Baseball Players
Association. He works diligently to promote and
market his players internationally as well as in
the states. He has built an excellent rapport
with his players due to his impeccable work
ethic. Benny is dedicated to giving his players
the best possible opportunities to succeed,
while working to eliminate the language barrier
that many Latin Americans deal with when coming
to the United States.
Benny is a veteran of the Armed Forces and a
member of the American Legion VFW Post 9547. He
is a member of St. Mary’s Catholic church. He is
also on the Board of Directors with the Lima
Locos, of the Great Lakes collegiate summer
league. Benny and his wife, Tami, reside in
Leipsic, Ohio. Benny has a son Larkin, and two
daughters, Libby and Lola.
