Jeff's inner-drive makes him one the most respected and dedicated agents in the industry. He is widely regarded as a draft expert through his extensive understanding of the draft process and his success of signing players to lucrative contracts in a timely manner.

Jeff has the distinction of being the first notable baseball scout to cross over to the sports management business joining Tanzer Sports Consultants in 1997, where he served as Vice President of Player Personnel for eight years.  He also is noted for being the only agent currently who has recruited, coached, scouted, signed and represented a first round pick in each area. These were accomplished as a college coach, scout and agent.

Jeff blazed a trail that is unrivaled in the industry by successfully recruiting, advising and securing contracts for over 20 first round draft picks during his first ten years. He attributes his success to his diverse background in playing, coaching, scouting and teaching.

Jeff scouted for eight years in the Montreal Expos and Chicago Cubs organizations where he was responsible for drafting and signing eight players who reached the Major Leagues. His dedication to the player development process provides tremendous value to clients looking for sound baseball knowledge and sound advice.

Jeff coached and played at the University of South Alabama and also coached at Louisiana Tech University where he earned a Master's Degree in Speech Communication.

Jeff, his wife Sue, and sons, Chaz and Joey make their home in Mobile, Alabama.
